Stillpoint Wellbeing

Stillpoint Wellbeing supports individuals and organisations to better understand and manage mental load and psychosocial hazards in modern work and life.


In today’s workplaces, mental load often shows up as constant cognitive pressure - unfinished tasks, competing demands, role overload, blurred boundaries, and the feeling of never fully switching off. Over time, these pressures can contribute to psychosocial risks such as chronic stress, fatigue, reduced focus, and diminished wellbeing.


Stillpoint Wellbeing was created to address these challenges through practical, non-clinical education that helps people recognise mental load early, reduce carry-over, and build healthier ways of working.

We offer workshops, webinars, and learning sessions designed to be calm, grounded, and easily actionable - supporting people to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and what adjustments can realistically be made.
